Not Much: Unfortunately, there's not much you can do except wait & hope all goes well. By definition, you have a threatened abortion and your OB will confirm a normal fetus with cardiac activity on ultrasound. Good ultrasound signs are fhr >100, normal sac size, no subchorionic bleeding (fluid collection), & a long cervix. You should receive Rhogam if you are rh - & i hope all goes well for you. Take care.
