At 20 weeks placenta was 2.2cm from os, 2 days of brown spotting. at 21 weeks placenta was 2.8cm from os. chance of bleeding reduced as further away?

Placenta moving: a low lying placenta beyond 20 weeks is placenta previa placing you at risk for NOT being able to have a normal delivery but usually the expanding uterus "pulls" the placenta up with it so that it clears the cervix - just as yours is doing. As it move further away you should have less chance for bleeding good luck
