Possibly: There are various options for drug testing, some more sensitive than others. So it is possible that it might show up. But if you have a legitimate prescription for the medication you should be allowed to explain the finding and may have to have a letter from your prescriber, otherwise it would be a violation of the americans with disabilities act.
