Pain killer: Tramadol is one of the few pain killers which does not make fibromyalgia worse over time. The primary treatment is 1) good sleep habits 2) elavil, (amitriptyline) flexoril or other similar bedtime medications to help with sleep 3) aerobic conditioning exercise.
