Out of shape?: If you are getting tired after relatively mild exercise you may be out of shape and need to gradually increase your endurance by doing a few more minutes each time you walk to increase your capacity. If you can not do this, you may want to see your md to see if you have any underlying medical problems.

Many possibilities: Could be cardiac or pulmonary related or anemia. Could be other things as well....Talk to your physician.
