why do i get muscle tiredness in my legs walking upstairs, regardless of the time of day. i exercise 3 times a week, but not always legs?

Exactly: It is a very specific set of muscles that we use to go up stairs, and they are not really used to that extent with other activities, so that is a common complaint. Your stair climbing muscles are not terribly conditioned, despite your other areas of exercise. Good question.
