You may be : Having an allergic reaction to something. If this is possible, i would take 1-2 Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and if no improvement go to the er.

Generalized swelling: This could be a sign of something serious. I would recommend going to the emergency room or regular doctor as soon as possible.
