Allergy or dryness: It depends on your age. If you are post-menopause then it can be dryness that can make your skin flaky and itchy. Good hydration, lubrication with vaseline a&d and omega3 may help. If you are younger and not post menopause it could be 2/2 allergy that you have flaky and itchy skin. Allergy pills , omega 3 and lubrication will help. Please consult your doctor for treatmment and eval.
