PVC & MR: Dont know what your question is but small amounts of mitral valve regurge is common & normal. For pvcs ...Make sure you are well hydrated for starters.

Very common-no worry: Occasional escape beat/pvcs occur in virtually every person at some point. For an adult, the heart beats on an average 115000-120000x/day, I am actually quite amazed it is not having more irrgular beats. Slight mitral backflow (regurgitation) is also common. Normal echo is reassuring. If no symptoms such as dizziness/chest pain, i would not worry. If u r still concerned, consult doc. Good luck.
