I've been having headaches everyday for the past couple months. they aren't bad ones just seems pretty constant. could this be from clenching jaw?

Yes: Headaches can come from fatigue, sleeping too much or too little, eye strain, sleep apnea, snoring, being dehydrated, having chronic sinusitis or allergies, too much caffeine or over the counter headache medication, high blood pressure or something more serious like a tumor. See your doctor and get checked.

Stress: Good day; Clenching Jaw and frequent headaches are symptoms of stress which may be exhibited as headache and bruxing. Attempt to isolate some stress in your life space that may be contributing to a type of TMJ Syndrome. Analgesics and an oral appliance will lessen symptoms; etiology of stress needs to be uncovered and understood.
