Anxiety,seizure,gbs: you might have anxiety disorder,seizure disorder diabetes mellitus,guillian barre syndrome,tongue tie.this is not familial.may be related to migraine or cluster headaches.

Tension/stress: I think you may be experiencing tension, stress. What your son has (if he has been previously diagnosed) may be ankyloglossia (tongue tied): the tongue is tethered (tied) to the floor of the mouth. You can try touching the "celling" of your mouth or sticking your tongue out if both are difficult to do, then you may have what your son has.
