Endo w/u: You may need an endocrine work up. Check prolactin, fsh and lh. Maybe an MRI of pituitary.

Need Full Evaluation: The assumption first is a problem with prolactin, the milk hormone. A fertility specialist can helps sort the hormonal issues out, as you may not actually have pcos. Although some women with pcos have a mildly elevated prolactin, it usually is not high enough to cause symptoms. It would be helpful to take a step back and actually do more testing.
