Mirena (levonorgestrel) removed 3/13, sex since 3/15, swollen breast, spotting3/27, milky discharge, nausea during sex.metformin for pcos a month now. could i be pregnant.

Nausea: Of course! that is always a possibility that needs to be considered. There are other possibilities however… there are some blood tests that need to be looked into including checking your prolactin levels and thyroid but i would start with a pregnancy test :-).
