I get breathing problems every time i do physical activity. i have done a lung and heart test but the results came out negative.what is causing this?

Asthma, etc. : It sounds as if additional investigation is necessary. Exercise-induced asthma, vocal cord dysfunction, acid reflux and deconditioning (being out of shape) should all be considered. A visit to your doctor, a sports med doctor or a pulmonologist would be my recommendation.
