It would help to seek the counseling of a mental health professional, either locally or virtually over the internet. It sometimes takes another party to look at your issues and put things into perspective, allowing you to deal with the stresses and avoid all toll that your body and mind are experiencing.

Start with your primary care doc as while depression and anxiety appear likely, medical conditions will have to be considered as well. Based on findings, your doc will be able to coordinate locally.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
