It could: If a tooth is diseased and abscessed, the puss and bacteria can be detrimental to your health, not just your mouth. Please go to see a dentist!

Perhaps...: You could have a long term and chronic infection that could be affecting you. I don't know to what level of fatigue you have but a tooth alone probably isn't the only reason for your fatigue. Go see you md and get an opinion from them.

Oral Infections: A cronic infection in the gums or teeth can have a negative effect in our overall general health. There are many virulent organisms that are part of our normal oral flora like streptococus mutans and others. They can infect other areas in your body like the heart valves, causing bacterial endocarditis. Fotunatelly our inmune system protects us but sometimes a few get through. See your dentist!

Diseased tooth: A long term diseased tooth can have a effect on your general health and well being because your immune system is trying to fight this infection. It can make you feel tired and run down and ca effect other organs in your body. See a dentist and get this treated asap.

Of course: Some studies suggest that oral bacteria and the inflammation might play a role and affect your whole body and fatigue. Your dentists might play a role in identifying, evaluating and eliminating these problems.
