ADA Seal important!: First, make sure any dental products has the ada seal of approval. Second, it's great brushing your teeth 3x per day as it is good for your teeth. To make sure you are brushing enough or not too hard and minimize or eliminate staining from tea or other products, make sure you go to your dentist every 6 months for check-ups to remove staining, check for cavities, & evaluate entire mouth.

Drinking tea has been shown have many health benefits, including your mouth & gums. To help with staining, you may want to rinse your mouth with water after drinking tea... Toothbrushing Advice: Two times during the day that is very important to brush and floss your teeth. The most important time is before you go to bed. Our mouths act as incubators for bacteria during the night, giving us cavities and bad breath in the morning. The other time is first thing when you wake up. It gets rid of all the bacteria that grew during the night. More than that can cause toothbrush abrassion.
