IF YOUR UP THAT LATE DRINKING TEA AND SNACKING THAN YOU SHOULD BRUSH YOUR TEETH SINCE GREEN TEA CAN STAIN YOUR TEETH. ANY FOODS THAT ARE STICKY, HAVE STARCH AND HIGH CALORIES ARE NOT GOOD. EAT FRUIT OR LOW CALORIE SNACKS BUT STILL BRUSH YOUR TEETH.

Last thing before bed, brush your teeth for 2 full minutes by the clock. The millions of bacteria that live in your mouth will otherwise turn the food debris into acid which will decalcify your tooth enamel. Additionally, it is recommended that you not eat anything for a full 2 hours before bed. Talk to your GP or a Nutritionist for more information. Routine midnight snacks can create havoc.
