Regrowth: Moles can regrow at varying paces. If you're worried about yours, i'd suggest seeing the doctor who removed it 4 years ago. This gives chance for reassessment by eyes which originally saw it. If you no longer have contact with that doctor, you could see a dermatologist in your community.

See your doctor: I would encourage you to return to the doctor who removed the mole. Such regrowth 4 years postop is unusual and should be examined by someone in person.
