Several: I've seen many benefit from effexor, (venlafaxine) celexa, lexapro, paxil, and others.Some may also need intermittent or scheduled benzodiazepines. I've had long-lasting success with classical homeopathy too -- especially when people are so sensitive to pharmaceuticals they just can't take them, or they don't work. Talk with your doctor about your own case; you can arrive at a plan that helps you.

Options: I agree with dr pappas. If u have been through many ssris and snris at good doses as well as tcas, do not forget to consider an maoi. These antidepressants can be very helpful for anxiety and are often overlooked.
