Hard to second guess: If you had a neuro exam, it is hard to second guess. You could always get a second op, but would need to have an exam and thorough account of your history. Headache in this area (if muscle tension) can, in some cases, be alleviated with botox.

Anxiety?: Burning and discomfort can come from a nerve injury along the forehead and scalp in association with the trigeminal nerve.
