Could: be anxiety. Pins usually suggest neuropathy . General pins all over the body suggest multiple levels neuropathy not clinically likely

Possibly: Possibly, but more likely related to your chronic migraine and cluster headaches. I doubt that anxiety can cause generalized tingling except with hyperventilation.Need to discuss this with your doctor.
