Plantar fasciitis: Arch fatigue with pain is often plantar fasciitis or irritation of the ligament that holds up your arch. Ice, stretch, better shoes with an arch support should help. If no better than seek out a podiatrist and have a thorough exam and x-rays of your foot.

Sounds like you : Have plantar fasciitis. Try supporting the foot with an arch support, applying ice when resting, taking antiinflammatories like alleve or motrin. If you get pain in the morning on irst few steps a night splint can help. If pain persists see a podiatrist.
