Circulation or Nerve: This may be referred to as tingling which is usually a form of a neuropathy, which may be around your foot itself or maybe from your spine. If there is swelling in the foot, I would get this checked right away! If you had recent trauma to the foot, there may be nerve damage. However it can also be a circulation problem - do you sit for a long time? I would see your doc and get it checked!
