Foot and leg pain: Pain to the foot can be myofasccial such as plantar fascitis. Metatarsaligia or strain of foot, neuroma or fracture. The pain up the calf could be referred . Calf pain itself can be a DVT, but typically this pain would start in the calf and then refer to foot.
