The case already : Must be somewhat complicated if you already got a spinal cord stimulator for your pain. Cases like these warrant in depth conversation with patients as well as physical exam. This forum is limited in space and my suggestion would be to follow up with your current docs or seek another opinoin.

Chronic pain: It sounds like you are being treated for a chronic pain syndrome, commonly known as reflex synmpathetic dystrophy. There is no known cure for this. Doctors manage it with painkillers, anti-inflammatories, physical therapy and spinal injections or neurostimulators. Continue seeing your pain management doctor and podiatrist. They will do all they can for you.
