Get tested: Bacterial vaginosis is an overgrowth of a normal bacteria that lives in the vagina. You are right that can be associated with preterm delivery; i haven't heard it's associated with early miscarriage. You can get tested by your doctor and treatment is vaginal suppository or oral medication. You can also think about what in your environment might cause bv. Sometimes its lubricants, diet, etc.
