Can a small lump felt on the flank area be associated with kidney stones the lump is the size of a pee aprox?

Not really: Small pea-sized lumps you can feel are likely to be in or under the skin and due to such things as a small lipoma, fibroma or sebaceous cyst. Unlikely that you could feel such a small lump on your kidney and even if you could would not be from a kidney stone. Suggest you see your dr.

Agree with Dr. K: The lump is not related to kidney stones. If the lump doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other lumps appear, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
