No: A single ct scan should not significantly affect your future children and eggs. However repeated ct scans or other radiologic tests can. The effects of radiation are cummulative. So if you are concerned ask if an ultrasound or MRI could be used instead as these modalities do not use ionizing radiation.

I wouldn't think so: The radiation of a single ct scan in unlikely to have significant effect on your reproductive health. All of us are exposed to gamma radiation from the sun every day & other lifetime exposures to alcohol, illness, environmental issues add up over time. Enough people have faced this issue without a cascade of new problems to say it is unlikely.
