i am a 20 year old female. i have itchy palms and feet only at night, . it's not red or dry....could it be from stress or something else?

Contact allergy?: Stress maybe, but could it be related to something you are putting on your skin at nighttime? Lotion, soap, anything else? Are they also sweaty? Could be related to perspiration.

Stress: Can cause itching. So can allergies, fungus and medications.I suggest you see your pcp to start.

Need an exam: Rash would need an exam. But can be viral if red small dot on the palms or soles, but hard to tell from your description. Have a doc take a look.
