Drug allergy: It is likely to be an allergic reaction to the Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) (sulfa). Stop it and call your doctor.

Get eval to know: This rash needs to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
