TMJ: Numbness with cold weather may be something neurological other than TMJ or sinus problem. Need to see doctor re a reevaluation.

Trigeminal neuralgia: I would ask about and look up symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia. Is the pain just on one side of the face, does it come and go. Hard to really say, but do research and ask questions.

TMJ: Joint symptoms are usually worse in the cold weather. But I would have an ENT doc look at you to make sure nothing else is occuring.
