Fat RDAs: Ther really isn't a recommended allowance of fat since fat is not a necessary nutrient such as vitamins or minerals. Usually a diet will break down the amount of calories per day into a percentage of fat, protein and carbohydrate. For example, if you follow a diet that is 35% protein, 35% carbohydrate and 30% fat, then break down the fat to less saturated fat and mostly mono and poly fats.
