Dental caries: The pain can be due to cavities in your teeth can also be due to gingivitis or you may have sensative teeh if its cold weather.

Sensitivity: It is likely that you have sensitive teeth which can be a result of many things. Decay, fractures, recession, and others. If this is a recent finding you may want to talk to a dentist to see what can be done. It is not uncommon though. Sometimes it is as simple as using a sensitive type of toothpaste. See your dentist.
