Concern: These symptoms would concern me also but i doubt vitamin levels are the way to go. I would see an internal medicine doctor. If you have done that, a rheumatology specialist may be able to help identify the process that is making your muscles ache and your tongue swell. Certain autoimmune inflammatory disease can cause this. The low iron may be secondary or unrelated. Good luck.
