Congratulations: Sounds like overall you are doing well after a major surgery. A small itching skin region is unlikely to be a significant problem. If there is leg pain or swelling, or concern for a blood clot forming, contact your doctor or your surgeon for an examination.

May be drug reaction: Not related to surgery, check all your medications and reaction , speak to your surgeon.
