My total cholestrol is 205, triglyceride is199, hdl is 40, ldl is 124 and vldl is 41. are all these markers dangerous?

See below.: Assuming yno early family history of heart disease or personal history of diabetes, stroke, or heart attack, then: your total cholesterol is a bit high - however, this is due to abnormal numbers for the rest. Triglycerides (fats) are high - reduce your fat intake. Hdl is about right but could increase a bit more to 45. Ldl is on target. If you have the above risk factors, then ldl<100, tg<130.

Need Particle Data: High triglyceride (tg) (>150) is often a marker for high LDL particle number (ldl-p). As tg rise ldl-p rises. However, when tg is high the amount of cholesterol carried by LDL particles goes down. This often results in "normal" LDL cholesterol (ldl-c) and low hdl-c levels despite high (ldl-p). When ldl-p is high cardiovascular risk is high independent of ldl-c, hdl-c, tg levels.
