Change diet: Despite maintaining a normal bmi and normal sugar, your lipid profile suggests you are at increased risk for heart disease and cardiovascular events. Thw combination of elevated triglyceride, vldl and low hdl is consistent with a high calorie, high glycemic index diet. Would suggest dietary changes with much less carb intake. More fiber and protein intake. There may also be a genetic component.

Triglycerides: your tryglycerides are elevated if this was a fasting specimen . I would suggest reducing your intake of animal fat, milk products and eggs. That should take care of that. Your BP is mildly elevated so I would reduce my consumption of salt

Need some work.: Well, the triglycerides are high, HDL is low and BP is borderline. This can be fixed, but needs some work. Regular cardiovascular exercise, proper diet, don't smoke, keep your weight in check. Supplement Niacin and fish oil.
