Good diet, exercise: Weight loss is simple but not easy. It requires you to take in less calories than you use. Initial recommendations are to eat a healthy diet (mostly fruits, vegetables, and protein) and regular exercise 30 minutes daily. Goal should be no more than 1-2 pounds per week. Most people do not need medicines but if my advice doesn't work for you, see your doctor.
