I had my gallbladder removed laparoscopically 16 days ago. i have had a persistent cough which has caused internal pain where the gallbladder area was. what could this be? could the cough cause me to not heal?

Will be fine : You will heal in wk or so from surgery , see your medical doctor for evaluation of cough and treatment, after exam may order chest x ray rx antibiotics.
