Free clinic: Consider seeking care at a local free clinic; many may offer free or low cost dental services. Also consider going to a local dental school where dental students, supervised by licensed dentists, provide quality dental services at low cost.

A Few Ideas... : Any anti-inflammatory medication can help. Aleve, (naproxen) motrin, advil & even a holistic alternative arnica. A very gentle salt water rinse after 24 hours can be soothing &healing, depending what your pain is coming from. Please do not avoid seeing a dentist. So many people cost themselves so much pain & money because they do not have dental insurance. Call a dental school if you cannot afford care.

Dental emergency: Would recommend going to the emergency clinic at the howard university dental school located in dc. That will provide dental care at a much lower fee then a private dentist.

See Dentist: There is nothing more important than your health. If you don't have 3rd party coverage, I'm afraid you will have to foot the bill for your own care. Do you have insurance to cover your internet access bill?

No Ins Needed: You don't need insurance to receive a professional service. Most people don't have insurance, but they still treat their heath problems. Set priorities for your expenses, take out a healthcare loan if necessary, get treated for a reduced fee at a dental school if you must... but do something! Your toothache will not get better on its own, it will just get worse.
