I'm not sure if the same doctors will see this, but i went to the er after 24 hours. i had a spontaneous pneumothorax, have tube in chest now. ty...?

Right treatment: Spontaneous pneumo is usually due to a weak area (bullae) in the edge of the lung. Chest tube for 1st attack(these hurt while in). If recurs then usually thoracoscopic resection of the bleb&pleurodesis.
