Family therapy: It's a good sign that you describe your hope as "helping them to better understand". A good family therapist will facilitate this for each of you. It can take time to find one that fits well into your family culture, but it's worth the effort and what you all learn will be useful for years to come as your family grows and ages. I'd aim to avoid defining you as the target of concern - it's a system.

Invite them to: Meet with you and your therapist. They can help you explain your anxiety and depression.

Speak your truth: Be honest with them about how you feel and what you need. Try not to react emotionally but rather "speak your truth respectfully." Good luck!
