Liver: Cholesterol eaten in foods is only one part of the body pool of cholesterol. The liver makes cholesterol normally and the amount made is dependent on intake of saturated fats and genetics. I urge you to consult your doctor for the eating disorder as well as cholesterol control through diet and, if needed, medication.
