Possibly: Multiple eating disorders can be diagnosed in the same patient. Pica, however is more commonly seen alone & can indicate your diet is not providing nutrients needed for your body - maybe because of improper diet, maybe because of an undiagnosed disease, or any number of reasons. Blood work & "detective" work on your non-food cravings by your md can help figure the cause & find a solution.
