Yes: yes the two conditions can have overlap in the compensatory self injurious behavior following overeating, the distinguishing feature is the bulemics tend to be overweight as tend to overeat more but underweight with anorexia as they tend to restric calories more then overeat. treatment is similar for both with multidisciplinary approach involving psychologocal counseling and SSRI therapy.

Both are significant problems. Please have a complete physical exam to know if you have a physical illness. Then see a clinical psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for help coping and a Psychiatrist for medication. A support group can be helpful.
