Exercise!: Nutrition plays a large part in weight loss. However, it's not just calories but also the types of food consumed. Healthy proteins & healthy fats/oils are important along w/plenty of fiber. But don't forget that you also have to exercise regularly! if you don't, your body's metabolism will adjust to your lower caloric intake.

How to loose weight: You do not stated what are you doing. My recommendations are: good physical examination, thyroid lab test, cbc, lipids profile, hormone, body f.C., alcat test, others related. Exercise plus low sugar , low carbo and calories bellow 1300 can help . Check with your pcp.
