I had a straight forward appendix operation 6 days ago and the lowest incision is slightly open and bleeding will i need it to be glued again .

No: As long as it is not draining pus, and the oozing has stopped, i would do nothing beyond keeping it clean. It should not be glued together because that can trap bacteria inside and give you a wound infection. It will gradually seal up from the inside out. If you have additional questions, contact your surgeon.

Maybe: If the incision is open and draining , usually we will leave it open and allow it to heal from the inside out. This takes a few weeks.
