No: As long as it is not draining pus, and the oozing has stopped, i would do nothing beyond keeping it clean. It should not be glued together because that can trap bacteria inside and give you a wound infection. It will gradually seal up from the inside out. Maybe: If the incision is open and draining , usually we will leave it open and allow it to heal from the inside out. This takes a few weeks.
