My common bile duct is inlarged have had mri and ct scan had hida scan and it showed ejection fraction is calculated to be 92% with pain during cck infusion does my gallbadder need to be removed?

Your gall bladder appears to be functioning normally. Just based on that, your gall bladder doesn't need to be remove. However, I don't know your symptoms so this is something you need to discuss with your doctor.
