Sitz bath: You can try to do sitz bath by using epsom salt in a tub with luke warm water and sole ur bottom for some time everyday. Also try not to go for bm more than once a day, increase roughage, cut down caffeine intake.

Psyllium, injections: Baseline is psyllium therapy with fluids, probably resolves 85% of cases. If this fails then often injection sclerotherapy or banding works. If the hemorrhoids are prolapsing and sticking out then you are looking at either a stapled hemorrhoidectomy or excisional hemorrhoidectomy.
